Jesse Smith started during the Herd’s inaugural season in 2017 as a Senior Account Executive and then in 2020 was elevated to the role of Director of Ticket Sales. Moving into the 2024-25 season, Smith has been promoted to Director of Ticket Sales & Service and will oversee the Herd’s season ticket sales team with a year-round emphasis on season ticket sales, retention, and servicing clients. Smith manages the season ticket membership sales process to meet or exceed annual revenue goals. Smith is the main liaison with the Milwaukee Bucks ticket operations team as the main point of contact for the Herd’s ticketing administrative needs.
Smith received a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing from UW-Oshkosh with minors in Spanish and Radio/TV/Film and an emphasis in Sales. He serves as a Board Member on the Winnebago County D.A.R.E. board and is a supporter of the Be The Match campaign. Smith and his wife, Ashley, are parents to their daughter Avery.
