Andrew Dowdy joined the Herd in March 2023 as the Marketing and Digital Manager. Dowdy manages all Herd marketing aspects including advertising, media buys, social media management, website and email marketing. He works with the team’s senior graphic designer and video production to create compelling content for all Herd social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
Prior to working with the Herd, Dowdy worked for several sports organizations including the Kansas City Monarchs, Challenger Sports, the Big 12 Conference and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln as the Head Producer for the Huskers Radio Network from 2021 to 2023.
Dowdy attended Baker University Kansas where he played soccer for 4 years. He graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Administration and Business Marketing in 2021.
