VOLUN-DEERING

Bucks VolunDeers is an employee engagement initiative encouraging Bucks front office employees to make community involvement a regular practice. Throughout every season, each full-time Bucks employee receives 16 hours of compensation service time to give back to the community supporting missions that are meaningful to them. Since the program was launched, Bucks employees have dedicated over 1,000 hours to volunteering in the community.
