Harris comes to the Herd after spending two years with the Brooklyn Nets as a player development specialist and video assistant. Following his time in the NBA, he joined the Long Island Nets as an assistant coach/ player development coach before being promoted to defensive coordinator. Prior to coaching, Lance played professionally in Slovenia, Greece, Italy, Russia, Ukraine, France, and Turkey where he was nominated to play in four all-star games and won championships in France and Slovenia. The Columbia, Missouri native was a standout in college at Kansas State University where he played four years.
