Culver enters his second season as Herd General Manager. Culver joined the Bucks organization as Director of Basketball Operations for the Herd in July 2019 and was later promoted to Assistant General Manager for the Herd in 2021.The native of Houston came to the Herd from Vanderbilt University where he was the Director of Recruiting and Player Personnel. Prior to that, he was the Head Coach at Covenant College after spending two seasons as an assistant coach at Wheaton College in Illinois.
