Culver joined the Bucks organization as Director of Basketball Operations for the Herd in July 2019 and was later promoted to Assistant General Manager in 2021. Before joining the Herd, the native of Houston was the Director of Recruiting and Player Personnel for Vanderbilt University’s men’s basketball team (2017-2019). Prior to his time at Vanderbilt, Culver was the Head Coach of men’s basketball at Covenant College after spending two seasons as an assistant coach at Wheaton College.
